  24. I called NewTek yesterday (Jan 4th) about my uprade from LW 3.5 to 4.0 
  25. order that has been pending since June.  They said all parts are ready 
  26. to ship except for one manual.  It sounded like the manual was for the 
  27. floppy disk version, not the CD-ROM version but I didn't think to ask.
  28. I did ask how soon the manuals would be ready and a possible shipping 
  29. date, the lady wasn't sure but said it should be soon.  She also said 
  30. "I'm sure you've heard that before from us."

  32. At least they haven't lost my order, yet.
